Contest Terms & Conditions

1 Contest Period

• Starts: 11 June 2026 (Tournament opening match)
• Ends: 19 July 2026 (Final)
• All times shown in Asia/Riyadh time (AST, UTC+3).

2 How to Participate

• Log in to your account on thefactoryfurniture.com.
• You must be a ZOD+ Loyalty Program member to participate in the draw. Predictions submitted by non-members will not be eligible to win. Not a member yet? Join ZOD+ Program to sign up.
• Visit the World Cup Predictor page.
• For each available match, predict the outcome: Team A Wins, Draw, or Team B Wins.
• Prediction window opens 24 hours before kickoff and closes 15 minutes before kickoff.
• You can participate in every match of the tournament.
• One prediction per match per customer.
• Predictions are final and cannot be edited or cancelled once submitted.
• Participation is free — no purchase necessary.

3 Winner Selection

• After each match concludes, all correct predictions are entered into a draw.
• One winner is selected at random from all correct predictions for that match.
• Every correct predictor has an equal chance of winning, regardless of when they submitted.
• There is no limit on how many matches you can win. Winning one match does not affect your eligibility for other matches — each match is an independent draw, and you have a fresh chance to win every match you predict correctly.
• The decision is final and not subject to appeal.

5 Prize Crediting & Validity

• Points are credited to the winner's ZOD+ account within 24 hours of match result confirmation.
• Awarded points are valid for 24 months from the date of crediting. Points not redeemed within this period will expire.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are non-transferable between accounts.
• All credited points are subject to the ZOD+ Loyalty Program terms, including any future updates to that program.

6 Use of Winner Names & Publicity

By participating in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Predictor and accepting these Terms, you grant The Factory Furniture the right to publicly display your first name and the initial of your last name (for example, “Ahmed M.”) on the contest's public Winners page, in announcement emails to customers, on The Factory Furniture's official social media channels, and in related promotional materials for the duration of the tournament and for up to twelve (12) months thereafter.

What we will NOT publish:

• Your full last name.
• Your username, email address, phone number, or any contact details.
• Your photograph or any image of you (unless separately and explicitly authorized by you in writing).
• Your full ZOD+ account number or any financial information.

What we WILL publish:

• Your first name and the initial of your last name (e.g., “Ahmed M.”).
• The match you won and the points awarded.
• The date of the match.

Your right to opt out: You may request that your name be hidden or shown anonymously on the public Winners page by contacting customer service at customerservice@thefactoryfurniture.com within seven (7) days of being notified as a winner. If you opt out, your prize points remain unaffected and you will still receive them — only your public listing will be replaced with “Anonymous Winner.”

This clause is enacted in compliance with the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), which requires explicit consent for the publication of personal identifiers.

7 Rules & Disqualification

• Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited.
• Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any unclaimed prizes.
• Match outcomes are based on the official FIFA result at the end of regulation time (Group Stage) or after extra time / penalties (knockout rounds).
• The Factory Furniture reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

8 Times & Deadlines

• All match times, prediction windows, and timestamps are in Asia/Riyadh time (UTC+3).
• Prediction submission times are recorded by the server with millisecond precision.
• The customer is responsible for submitting predictions before the deadline. Late submissions are not accepted.

9 Disputes & Contact

• All decisions by The Factory Furniture regarding the contest are final.
