The sofas are made at The Factory furniture factory, which is a 100% Saudi-owned facility specializing in the production of high-quality sofas.
What are the components of the sofa?
The fabric is imported from an American company specializing in sofa textiles. We use natural wood imported from two German companies, Ziegler and Klauser. The foam is manufactured from high-quality German raw materials, and the Dacron (Melton) is made from excellent quality, 3D-structured materials.
What is the difference between warranty and maintenance for the sofa?
Warranty: The company guarantees the quality of its products by repairing, maintaining, or replacing them if irreparable manufacturing defects appear during the warranty period.
Maintenance: After the warranty period ends, maintenance services are provided for a nominal fee, evaluated at the time of service.
What warranties are offered for the sofas?
We offer a 1-year warranty on fabrics and foam, 3 years on the springs, and 5 years on the wooden frame.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer accessories. However, we will have living room-specific accessories available in the near future.
Do you offer delivery services?
Delivery is free to all cities across the Kingdom. Delivery is carried out by professional shipping personnel, and the sofas are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. However, the company is not responsible for any damage once the sofas are delivered from the warehouse or showroom.
What is your storage duration policy?
The maximum storage period is 10 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the invoice is canceled, and the company has the right to reassign the items. Customers may either purchase another set or request a refund via a check issued within 10 working days.
Do you offer custom-made sofas?
We continually offer a wide and updated selection of models to suit various customer tastes. Therefore, we do not follow a policy of custom manufacturing upon request.
Why are the prices high despite local manufacturing?
Our sofa prices are well-calculated based on the high quality of raw materials, including imported natural wood and foam. We also collaborate with 25 designers in the US and Canada who specialize in creating exclusive fabric combinations made specifically for sofas.

Who are your workers?
Our team includes skilled workers from the Philippines, India, and Indonesia, as well as workers from Sudan and Yemen. Production is supervised by a Singaporean management team with extensive experience in furniture manufacturing for top global brands.
